Popz, went to the doctor for a check up for the first time ever in Toronto in 2015. He didn’t trust doctors and hated hospitals. Finally, he went for a check up and found out he had high blood pressure. Popz has to lose 25 lbs. in order to get his blood pressure down and be in better shape.  He is challenging himself to go to the gym every day for the first time in his life.

Popz is training with personal fitness trainer Mike Bwanka from Body by Chosen for 3 Months from Feb. – Mar. as part of his determination to gain his health back.  You have the opportunity to follow along his progress as he weighs in weekly weight loss goals.
